Commercial Pool Design & Construction for Hotels, Schools & Leisure Centres
Our new build swimming pools are designed for commercial use. The requirements for today’s leisure, hotel, school or hydrotherapy pools are that apart from looking good they must be durable and the equipment designed and installed to deal with the heaviest bathing loads. The highest technology is necessary to accompany commercial pool installations including – construction, filtration, heat recovery systems for maximum operating efficiency, water features, air handling systems and enhanced disinfection systems .
We can offer a complete environmental control system combining humidity control, pool hall air heating and cooling, pool water heating, fresh air ventilation, energy recovery systems and air quality control creating ideal room conditions .
Smart Pools designs and builds commercial swimming pools, hydrotherapy pools and wellness facilities for hotels, gyms, schools, care settings and leisure operators across Lancashire, the North West and the rest of the UK. We handle the full project, from design and pool construction to plant room installation, and hand over a pool that is built to cope with heavy daily use. We can also add saunas, steam rooms and spas to complete the facility.
Commercial Pool Servicing & Maintenance
Our experienced engineers will provide you with preventative maintenance plans, detailing what your pool will need over the next 12 months. Our commercial clients feel confident in knowing that they have the best cover available over a set period of time if problems arise. In the Leisure Club industry we will reduce the amount of times you have equipment breakdowns and will help to bring down overall running costs.
